Green marbled PARLAMENT 12 fountain pen. Manufactured by Penol in Denmark as a sub brand in the 1940s. Push button filler. At the top a 14 carat gold tip. Appears in good condition. Some old scratches on the small black bottom screw. Measurements: L. 12 cm.
